As the name suggests, Farmer’s Basket at Pluck is a dynamic place where food is talked about almost as enthusiastically as it is consumed. An innovative concept, wherein we bring the marketplace into the restaurant with a philosophy of “YOU CHOOSE, WE COOK“. Guests can select a wide range of fresh & organic raw materials and ingredients for dishes on their own, select the cooking & cuisine style – Indian, Asian or Continental and our team of culinary experts will cook sumptuous dishes as per their preference – taste, spices, preparation, etc.

In our endeavor to promote ‘LOCAL’ growers and agriculturalists – A high proportion of the produce used in the dishes is sourced directly from our own 5500 sq. ft. kitchen garden, the local farmers, small-scale artisan producers and harvest traders; alongside regional specialties from around the world.

Furthermore, relish a spectacular touchless buffet with global and regional cuisines, along with retailing preservative free – garden-fresh veggies, herbs & spices, meat & poultry and home-produced pickles. The entire place will be covered with raw materials wherein guests can pick and choose the products and give to our chefs to prepare in their choice of cooking style. Amongst this we shall be doing a display of pickles, spices, artisanal pastas, marinades, cheese and charcuterie which can be purchased by customers as per their liking.
